Staff were welcoming and helpful. Check-in was easy. Food and wine selection was high standard. Great location within walking distance of attractions. Comfortable and spacious room with balcony.

The hotel had an amazing location and the design was fine. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The staff provided really good service, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the pastries. our stay at Sofitel was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

Great location, within walking distance to attractions. Warm reception and free room upgrade. Modern and spacious room with a small balcony. Polite and helpful staff, especially the Concierge Service team. Delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Paris, within walking distance of most key sites. Guests can easily explore the city and visit popular attractions without having to use public transportation or taxis. the hotel is situated close to the fashionable shopping district of Paris, allowing guests to enjoy a day of retail therapy just steps away from their accommodation.

Despite the overall positive experience, some minor renovations were taking place during the stay which may have caused minimal inconvenience for guests.

With its prime location right next to the gorgeous Opera House, Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opera is the perfect place to stay when exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a blend of modernity and old-world elegance. The bathrooms are luxurious and come with separate shower and tubs. The service at this hotel is outstanding, with a helpful and friendly staff ready to assist you. The breakfast buffet is a delight, with a wide variety of options to choose from. a truly enjoyable stay.

The lobby of the hotel is not as impressive as one would expect from a luxury hotel.

The cleanliness was great, with fresh flowers in the room and fluffy towels. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect. It was situated in a lively neighborhood, close to the best shops and shopping malls. there were many amazing French restaurants nearby, making it convenient to indulge in delicious meals.

The breakfast at Sofitel was splendid. They offered a wide variety of delicious options, and it was definitely worth the price. the location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of the Louvre and other monuments. If you prefer, taxis are readily available right outside the hotel. The services provided by the staff were amazing as well. They were friendly and helpful, and the Guest Relationship Manager, Laureen Debrosse, made our stay lovely. She was professional, customer-friendly, and charming. She even helped us find and book reservations at excellent French restaurants. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Paris, I highly recommend Sofitel.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff and escorted to my room. the exclusive amenities, including the luxurious spa treatments and in-room breakfast, exceeded my expectations. the treatment room and body scrub were so relaxing that I felt rejuvenated. the room had private facilities that added to my comfort. the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring this beautiful city.

the selection could have been more varied.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the hotel. There was a wide variety of options, including a hot breakfast, a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, as it was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. the staff at the hotel were very attentive and made sure we felt safe during the Paris riots. Their assistance was greatly appreciated.

There were a couple of negative aspects. when we arrived in our room, some of the items we had ordered were missing and the cups and dishes were dirty.

This hotel offered a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities, including a Spa & wellness centre with treatments like massages and facials. the treatment room was clean and provided a relaxing environment. the bar/lounge area was well-decorated and offered a good selection of drinks. the location was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and shops.

The only minor issue was the noise level from outside the room, which could be heard occasionally. it did not disrupt the overall experience.
